Healthcare Integration - Integrate HL7 lab order requests with JSON API

I am looking for a healthcare integration developer to build an integration converting incoming HL7v2 lab orders to outgoing API requests for our Laboratory Information System (LIS). This integration will allow automatic transmission of lab orders.
