Email marketing

The goal is to create a automated email system and marketing campaign that sends three different emails when real estate properties. First email is when a new property becomes “active” on the MLS. Second email is when there is a price change. Third email is when they go “pending” or “active with contract.”

Objectives:

1. The emails will come from xxxxxxx.
2. One letter is for new listings, second is when a price change happens, and third one letter is when the listings go either active or pending on the sales status.
3. The emails have fields and math that have to be auto populated from the IDX field
4. The emails have some calculations that will have to be made based upon the sales price.
5. The emails will have to send to the listing agent listed in the MLS.
6. The system will get the data from an MLS IDX feed see www.buyingbuddy.com. I will need you to create the account and set this all up. I have no idea if this is acceptable method of getting the IDX data but that is where I am hoping we can get what we need
7. I want you to make the emails look “pretty” with proper graphics etc.
8. I am to own all of the data and system.
9. I will need the ability to make some initial adjustments included in the proposal.
