Compensation: ₹33,000 per month

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Denodo Developer to provide work support on a US-based project. The role requires strong technical expertise in Denodo administration, data virtualization, and BI platform development, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Engagement

* Collect feedback and work with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver data-centric work products.
* Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to source, review, and implement data-related solutions.
* Track KPIs for enterprise data virtualization services.
* Drive architecture and design discussions while leading the team technically.

Architecture

* Establish a data delivery platform for reporting, BI, and analytics using Denodo.
* Ensure data security across user, application, platform, and data layers.
* Design integration with front-end tools (Power BI, custom apps) and back-end applications/data (APIs, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).

Development (Absolute Must Have)

* Maintain and extend agile data development methodology.
* Create reusable semantic and report-specific data layers that are secure and performant.
* Develop optimization techniques including caching, refactoring, performance tuning, and testing.
* Define and maintain data catalogues.

Admin/Support

* Troubleshoot issues in the data platform or consuming applications/tools.
* Ensure SLAs are developed and met for critical data platform operations.
* Implement monitoring, logging, and updates to maintain platform stability (Windows servers).

Required Skills & Experience

* 5+ years of experience in Denodo administration and development (Denodo v8 or v9 preferred).
* Administration skills: installation, configuration, security, cache management in enterprise environments.
* Strong understanding of LDAP, SSL, JDBC, XML, Web Services APIs.
* Experience integrating with Hana, SQL Server, Amazon S3, and APIs.
* Strong query optimization skills and SQL execution plan analysis.
* Expertise in data architecture, modeling, SQL, and relational/analytical database theory.
* Experience with version control systems (e.g., GIT).
* Additional DW/BI experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

* Background in banking/financial services.
* Experience with SAP (CDS views, BW queries, Hana database).
* Familiarity with data governance and regulatory compliance.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
