Dealership Data Autopopulation Integration

I need a repeatable way to pull the contact information and operating hours that are already displayed on a comparable, custom-built website and inject those same details into each of my dealership pages. Because that source site does not expose an API, the solution will have to rely on HTML parsing, web scraping, or another non-API method you are comfortable with. there is approximatly 2500 business listings to be uploaded

My goal is simple: once the job is done I press a button—or run a scheduled task—and every dealership record on my end reflects the latest phone numbers, addresses, email links, and business hours shown on the source site. Data collisions or duplicates must be avoided, and the result should be formatted exactly as my current CMS expects so our pages update seamlessly.

Deliverables
• A script, tool, or lightweight service that fetches and structures the data automatically
• Clear setup notes so I can host and run it without hand-holding (cron job instructions welcome)
• One test run that proves the import works end-to-end on at least two dealerships
