Job Title: CRM & Operations Developer for Bespoke Furniture Manufacturing
​Project Overview:
We are a bespoke furniture manufacturing company (The Teak Studio) and interior design firm . We are seeking a developer to design, build, and maintain a custom CRM tailored to our specific operational workflow. Our goal is to bridge the gap between initial lead generation, design approvals, and factory floor production tracking.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Custom CRM Development: Build a system to track the lifecycle of a furniture project from lead inquiry to final installation.
​Workflow Automation:
​Integrate lead management (specifically incoming WhatsApp inquiries) into the CRM.
​Automate project status updates based on factory floor milestones.
​Data Integration: Connect project data to our existing Furniture Factory Management Dashboard Template to ensure real-time reporting.
​Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing maintenance, security updates, and implement feature enhancements as our manufacturing needs evolve.
​Required Qualifications:
​Proven experience in developing business management or inventory-based software.
​Ability to translate manual factory processes (e.g., snag lists, material tracking, and production stages) into digital workflows.
​Strong understanding of data security and client data confidentiality.
​Experience with [Insert preferred platforms, e.g., Bubble.io, Python/Django, or custom web development].
​Preferred Deliverables:
​A prototype demonstrating the lead-to-production workflow.
​A user-friendly interface for our factory supervisors to update production stages and report issues.
