Comprehensive Data Integration and Dashboard Design

Scope of Work
• Data Integration
• Connect our POS system (sales, transactions, avg spend, top items)
• Connect Supy (inventory, recipes, COGS %, waste %)
• Connect Operational software (production planning, dispatch, reordering, supplier lead times)
• Connect ConnectTeam / Rotaready (rota, hours worked, payroll, training compliance)
• Connect Customer App / CRM (repeat visits, app usage, satisfaction scores, complaints per 1000 transactions)
• Connect Xero (P&L, rent, capex, cash flow)
• Ensure data refresh is automated (via native connectors, APIs, or middleware such as Power Automate/Zapier/Make if required)
• Dashboard Design
• Build one consolidated Power BI dashboard with branch-level and company-wide views
• Visuals: Sales trend, Labour %, Food cost %, Waste %, Avg spend, Repeat customer rate, Satisfaction, Rent-to-Sales ratio, Break-even days, Capex recovery
• Create Store Health Score (weighted KPI index combining key metrics)
• Apply simple RAG indicators (green/amber/red) for thresholds
• Deliverables
• Power BI Desktop file (.pbix) + published dashboard in Power BI Service
• Data model with relationships + DAX measures (we can share draft formulas)
• One Executive Dashboard (overview across all branches)
• One Branch Comparison Dashboard (see how each store is performing)
• Short training/handover session for our team on how to refresh & use dashboards
