Build integrations between vincere and LinkedIn recruiter

I’m looking for someone who has previously built a 2 way integration between LinkedIn recruiter and Vincere crm.
High level requirements.
When creating a project in recruiter I want that job created in vincere.
When attaching profiles to the project in recruiter I want the profiles to appear in vincere against the job as well as import the LinkedIn profile to vincere as a future candidate
The jobs and candidates need to be attached to the person who created or attached them.
