Build a Power BI Dashboard

Looking for someone to develop a Power BI dashboard for a UK farm enterprise incorporating Financial Performance (via Xero); Commodity Price Trends (via industry websites); Real Time Localised Weather Data (via weather websites) and CCTV streaming (not sure how to do this) and Satellite Cropping Imagery (via XML from a subscribed service)
