I need a seasoned AdvancedMD specialist to craft a full suite of clinical templates that streamline our day-to-day charting. The goal is to have each template feel native to AdvancedMD while guiding providers through every critical step of the visit.
Scope
• Patient intake – custom fields for demographics, vitals, and chief complaint with logical branching.
• Medical history – structured past medical, surgical, family, and social history sections that auto-populate where possible.
• Diagnosis & treatment plans – ICD-10/SNOMED pick-lists, medication orders, and procedure recommendations tied to our preferred order sets.
• Visit notes – concise SOAP format that pulls forward data from the other templates and supports quick-text shortcuts.
What I’ll provide
• Current paper/electronic forms for reference.
• Naming conventions, dropdown values, and any required custom codes.
What I expect from you
• Fully functional templates imported into our sandbox instance and ready for production migration.
• Clean, intuitive layout that minimizes clicks and reduces duplicate data entry.
• Clear documentation of any custom fields, rules, or workflow automations you create.
