I need an experienced hand to establish a robust taxonomy governance framework inside my Salesforce landscape area in my org . The work centers on three pillars—data classification, metadata management, and full data-lifecycle oversight—deployed consistently in both Production and Sandbox orgs.
Here’s what I expect:
• A clear, documented taxonomy model aligned to Salesforce best practices, GuS conventions, and Orgcs standards.
• Practical guardrails and automation that keep data classifications and metadata in sync as objects evolve through their lifecycle.
• A lightweight governance playbook my team can follow, with examples drawn directly from my current orgs.
• Seamless Slack integration so key governance events and approval workflows surface in the channels we already use.
