DAMA Data Strategy & Governance
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a complete, DAMA DMBOK-aligned data strategy pack that will accelerate data-driven decision making across the company. The work must go beyond theory and give me practical assets I can put in front of executives tomorrow.
Scope
The document set has to cover the three areas that matter most to us right now—data governance, data quality management, and data security—while keeping the other DMBOK knowledge areas in view for context.
Key Deliverables
• Current-state maturity assessment model with scoring guide
• Gap analysis that clearly pinpoints issues blocking data-driven decisions
• Target-state vision and phased implementation roadmap (quick wins, 30/60/90-day view, longer milestones)
• Policy and process documentation for governance, quality and security, written so it can be adopted with minimal editing
• Reusable templates: data glossary, stewardship RACI, data quality scorecard, issue log, and any other artefacts you believe are essential
• Executive summary slide deck for senior leadership
Acceptance Criteria
1. Every section maps explicitly to the corresponding DAMA DMBOK knowledge area.
2. Maturity model uses objective, clearly defined rating scales.
3. Roadmap lists dependencies, resourcing estimates and measurable success metrics.
4. Templates are fully formatted, ready for immediate population (no placeholder text).
5. All files supplied in editable formats (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Tools and References
Please leverage standard frameworks and terminologies from DAMA DMBOK; feel free to incorporate complementary methods such as DCAM or COBIT where they strengthen the deliverable.
If you have examples of similar work, share a sample page or outline so I can gauge fit.
