i am looking to create a algorithmt for sports betting market. this will be horse racing. i want the program to study all the uk races and it in to account a number of factors for the race and give me the out come of the most likely to win to the least likely. the factors are pretty much endless from weather to distance travelled to course and how the results went when travelling similar distance. they would be around 20 - 30 factors to consider on this. we could get into more detail later. This has nothing to do to with odds etc. this will be all to do with data and statistics for the most likely outcome. Would this be something you can do?
