Zillow Zestimate Scraper Automation

I have a large dataset of property addresses (100,000-150,000 addresses) that I need to scrape Zillow “Zestimate” values for.

Project Scope:

All property addresses are provided in an Excel spreadsheet.
For each address, retrieve the “Zestimate” (the estimated property value shown on Zillow).
Populate the Zestimate back into the corresponding row in the Excel file.

Additional Context:

This will involve scraping or extracting data directly from Zillow search results.
The dataset is large (thousands of records), and accuracy is critical for property value analysis.

I previously used a VBA-based solution, but it is no longer working.

Proof of Concept Requirement:

A sample file of 50 addresses is attached.
Please process these 50 records first.
If the results are accurate and reliable, this will lead to the full project.
