Your task is straightforward: open each supplied link, copy the required fields exactly as they appear, and fill out the corresponding online form in our system. Accuracy matters more than speed—every field must match the source website without typos or formatting drift.
You will receive:
• A spreadsheet of URLs and the specific fields to capture
• Login credentials for the form portal
• A short video demo that shows the correct submission flow
Deliverables:
1. All forms completed and submitted through the portal
2. A completion log noting each URL, submission time, and any flags or anomalies you encountered
3. A final pass-fail check report confirming that every form was accepted by the system
Acceptance criteria:
• 100 % of forms submitted with zero validation errors
• Spot-check accuracy rate above 99 % (we’ll review a random sample)
• Work returned within the agreed deadline once you have the materials in hand
