Website Contact Data Extraction

A website URLs is ready; the job is to get onto the website take out the names as per the choice that we advise then get their weblinks of each respective each one for publicly available information and record it with perfect accuracy. You will have to prepare a simple template (Excel or Google Sheets) which should contain the required columns—company/site name, email address, phone number, street address, stall number and hall in which they have their stall and any other contact detail found on the pages The workflow is straightforward: open the site, locate the details, paste them into the sheet, and move on to the next URL.

Clean formatting, consistency, and zero duplicate entries matter more than speed. If a site has no visible contact details, please search for the same and avoid leaving blanks as far as possible, rather than leaving a blank. Feel free to use any combination of manual browsing, browser extensions, or lightweight scraping tools—as long as the final spreadsheet is complete, human-readable, and validated.

Deliverables (all mandatory)
• One master spreadsheet in the template provided
• A brief log of any sites that returned errors, redirects, or lacked contact pages
• Confirmation that every URL in the list has been visited and checked
