Web Scraper for MS SQL Integration

I need a web scraper that will, for a given link with multiple pages, open all the main links on all pages with a specified time pause, extract data, and save it into an MS SQL database.
Requirements:
- Windows 10, 11 environment
- Pause between page accesses
- Extract structured data (tables)
- Save data into given MS SQL DB/Table
- Ability to handle specific data fields as needed
