Text PDF to Excel Conversion

I have several PDFs that contain only text and I need each of them transferred into an Excel workbook. I am not concerned about replicating the original layout—plain rows and columns that preserve the wording exactly as it appears in the source files are all I need. Feel free to use any reliable extraction method or tool you prefer; accuracy matters more than speed because there is no strict deadline on my side. Once finished, please send back a clean .xlsx file for every PDF processed so I can review and archive them right away.
