Salesforce Metadata Extraction Specialist

I need an expert to extract Salesforce metadata for a Salesforce instance. The metadata types include:

- Custom Objects and Fields
- Apex Classes and Triggers
- Page Layouts and Record Types

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Salesforce metadata extraction
- Experience with Salesforce migrations
- Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and its various components

Please provide a detailed plan and timeline for the extraction process.

I need to analyse by Object, for example if I want to see fields in Case object, for example provide Case object as input , this program should fetch all fields, custom fields, field usage % and any references to those fields in Validation Rules, Apex classes, page layouts... any other..
This should work for any Salesforce instance..
