Sage 300 Setup Consultation

I’m rolling out Sage 300 and want to get the foundation right the first time. My priority is a solid general setup with clear user roles and permissions, followed by a smooth migration of data from our current accounting platform into Sage 300.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A walkthrough of best-practice configuration steps so the chart of accounts, fiscal calendars and modules are ready for day-to-day use.
• Guidance on designing role-based access that satisfies audit requirements yet keeps day-to-day workflows simple for each department.
• A detailed migration plan covering data extraction from the existing system, cleanup recommendations, import mapping, and validation checks inside Sage 300.
• Live screen-share sessions (or recorded videos if easier) where you demonstrate the steps and leave me with written notes or checklists I can follow later.

Acceptance criteria

– All legacy data imported and balanced against source totals.
