Research and extract exhibitor company websites from international hospitality trade fairs

We are building an international hospitality supplier directory and need a structured database of exhibitor companies from selected hospitality trade fairs taking place between January and March 2026. Your task is to extract company information from the official exhibitor directories listed below and compile the data in a clean and structured spreadsheet.

The total potential volume is approximately 5,300 companies.

For each exhibitor we need:
the company name,
the website from the company (official website URL),
country if available and not too many work,
trade fair name.

Use only publicly accessible information. Do not bypass logins and do not extract data from private or restricted areas. Only include official company websites and do not include LinkedIn pages or distributor pages unless clearly stated as the official corporate website.

The final deliverable should be an Excel file or Google Sheet with clean, structured and verified data.

In your proposal please include your fixed price for the full project, your estimated completion time and a short explanation of your technical approach such as script or automation tool.
