Research Hospitality Real Estate Brokers in Africa (English, French preferred | 20 per Country)

Job Description
We are building an international, hospitality-focused real estate platform and are looking for a reliable freelancer to research hospitality real estate brokers across Africa.

Scope of Work
- Research up to 20 brokers per country.
- Countries include: South Africa, Morocco, Kenya, Tanzania, Namibia, Egypt, Mauritius, Rwanda, Seychelles, Ghana
- Focus on brokers or small commercial agencies that actively list high-quality, well-maintained hospitality assets, including:
1. Hotels (3-star and above preferred, or comparable quality level)
2. Guesthouses with a strong positioning and professional presentation
3. Bed & Breakfasts that are well-managed and investment-ready
4. Resorts with clear operational or investment potential
Please follow this order of priority.
Quality is more important than quantity.

Required Deliverables (Excel Sheet)
For each broker or agency, provide the following columns:
- Name
- Website
- Property Headline (short title of one relevant hospitality listing)
- Link to the Property
- Contact E-mail
The Excel structure will be provided.

Strict Exclusions
Please do NOT include:
– Residential-only real estate brokers
– Vacation rental or Airbnb management companies
– Property portals or listing aggregators
– Large international real estate firms such as CBRE, Knight Frank, JLL, Colliers, Savills, Cushman & Wakefield, etc.
We are specifically looking for local and regional hospitality specialists.

Requirements
– Strong online research skills
– Ability to assess hospitality-focused listings
– Experience in real estate or hospitality research is a plus
– English working proficiency required
– French language skills are strongly preferred
– You may use tools such as ChatGPT or similar AI-assisted research methods to identify relevant hospitality real estate platforms and active brokers, provided that all results are carefully reviewed and verified.

– If you are unsure whether a broker qualifies, please leave it out
– Low-quality or irrelevant submissions will not be accepted
– We are looking to make a short-term selection and will finalize the freelancer choice no later than Sunday, end of day
– The selected freelancer will have one week to complete the research and deliver the final spreadsheet
– If a specific country does not provide enough qualified brokers, please do not force the results and focus on the highest-quality matches available
