Requirement for Fresh Dental Clinics Lead Data (USA)

We are looking to hire an experienced data extraction professional to provide fresh and accurate lead data of dental clinics in the USA for marketing and print outreach purposes.
The data must be city-wise and state-wise organized and extracted from a reliable source such as Google Maps or an equivalent professional extraction method. Old or previously stored databases will not be acceptable. The data should be freshly scraped and the scraping date must be clearly mentioned.
Each record should include, as available: clinic or business name, complete address, city, state, phone number, WhatsApp number (if available), website, and business email address. Emails should be suitable for marketing use, preferably validated or tested to ensure a high delivery rate.
We require 10,000 complete records, delivered in Excel or CSV format, with no duplicate entries and clean formatting suitable for direct outreach and printing.
