Recover my Gmail account.

I am looking for a freelancer to recover my Gmail account. I am unable to use the common recovery methods that involve either a linked phone number or email address, so the freelancer will have to be very experienced in recovery services. In their application, I expect them to provide me with detailed project proposals that demonstrate their past work, experience and ability to successfully accomplish the task. I will be available to communicate with the freelancer during the process, which may include answering questions, providing additional information and giving feedback/instructions.
