I need a reliable scraper that pulls three kinds of text from a leading property-listing site: property descriptions, price listings, and each agent’s contact details. The target pages follow a consistent layout, but some elements load dynamically, so the solution must handle both static HTML and any lazy-loaded content without missing records.
Acceptance criteria
1. All live listings on the site at the time of the crawl appear in the file.
2. No blank or mismatched fields for the three requested data types.
3. Script runs end-to-end on a standard Windows or Linux machine with only the stated dependencies.
