Real Estate & Accountancy Email Scrape

I’m building a fresh broadcast list and need a steady stream of verified email addresses taken exclusively by web-scraping publicly available data from real-estate agencies and accountancy firms.
Scope
• Visit company sites, directory listings, or any legal public source that fits those two niches.
• Capture direct, role-based or personal business emails—avoid “info@” or “sales@” wherever possible.
• De-duplicate, validate, and supply the data in a clean CSV containing: company name, contact name (if visible), position/title, email address, and the page URL where each email was found.
Quality bar
• All addresses must pass an online validator so bounces stay minimal.
• Random sample of 50 rows is due first; I'll approve format and accuracy before you move to full extraction.
When you reply, link to past work that proves you’ve scraped at scale or built opt-in lists before. A concise portfolio or GitHub snippet is perfect—no need for a long proposal.
