$20 Project Excel Data Extraction to CSV

I have a single Excel workbook and a keyword that identifies the companies I care about. Once you receive both, you’ll need to:
• Filter the sheet so that only rows whose company field exactly matches the term remain.
• Pull out only the columns I list for you, while keeping them separated by USA state
• Export the result as a clean, comma-separated CSV with UTF-8 encoding.
The file should open in any spreadsheet program without extra formatting characters, blank rows, or hidden columns. This is a straightforward, fixed-price task—no web scraping required unless you find it faster for yourself. Please return the finished CSV and, if you use a script, the short script or notebook so I can reproduce the steps later.
