Product Data Entry from PDFs
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
I have a collection of product PDFs and need every detail transferred into a clean, structured file that I can upload straight into my store. Each PDF contains multiple items; for every item I want the key facts captured—titles, SKUs, descriptions, specifications, pricing, stock indicators, even image file names where available—and laid out consistently.
You will open each PDF, extract the information with absolute accuracy, and populate an Excel-compatible spreadsheet or CSV (we can agree on the column scheme together before you start). Any images pulled out should be saved in a separate folder and named to match the SKU so they’re easy to link later.
Deliverables
• One master spreadsheet (.xlsx or .csv) with a row for every product and all agreed columns filled
• Folder of extracted images, neatly organised and labelled
• Brief notes on any data that was missing or unclear in the source files
Quality matters more than speed here. I’ll spot-check the sheet, and I’m aiming for at least 99 % accuracy before we call the project complete.
