PDF Tables to Google Sheets

I have one or more PDFs that contain structured tables, and I need every table transferred into a Google Sheet with complete accuracy. The headers, row order, and all numeric or text values must match the source exactly so the spreadsheet can be sorted and filtered without errors. I am not concerned with fancy styling—clarity and correctness take priority.

You may use any reliable workflow you prefer (manual key-in, OCR, or a mix of both) as long as the final result in Google Sheets mirrors the tables in the PDF. Before handing the file back, please double-check totals, column alignment, and any special characters so nothing is lost in translation.

Deliverable:
• A Google Sheet, shared with edit access, containing all extracted tables in separate tabs or a clear single-sheet layout—whichever best preserves the original structure.
