PDF Product Data Extraction

Looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to:

Extract all product details from a PDF catalog (names, colour, material, images, SKUs, etc.) - Check sample data
Generate a structured Excel file (.xls or .xlsx) with all relevant data
Include product images by linking from the provided folder:
product_images/Stairs-Chandeliers/Prestige-Stairs-Chandeliers-20.jpg
(image path should correspond to the product name or ID)

Requirements:
