I have several PDF catalogs and need all of their product-level information captured in an Excel sheet I will provide. Each row in the spreadsheet should represent one product and include:

• Product name
• Product description
• Pricing information

Alongside the product fields, I also want you to extract and double-check the associated Email, Phone, and Website for every product or supplier listed. Please cross-verify those contact details so the final sheet is immediately usable for outreach.

The PDFs are cleanly formatted—every entry is laid out consistently—but they are not searchable, so you may need to rely on accurate manual input or reliable OCR. Expect roughly [insert number] entries; I will confirm the exact count before we start.

Deliverable
A single, well-structured .xlsx file containing the full set of product records with verified contact information. All text must appear exactly as in the PDFs (no typos, no formatting artifacts).
