PDF Names & Addresses Extraction
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a 102-page PDF that holds roughly 5,000 individual names and addresses. I need every record transcribed into an Excel workbook, with each element of the address placed in its own column: First Name, Last Name, Street, City, State and ZIP. Please maintain normal (standard) capitalization so the file looks clean and ready for mail-merge or database import.
Accuracy matters more than speed here; I will spot-check against the original PDF before approving the work. A single, neatly formatted .xlsx file is all that’s required, delivered once you have completed your own review for typos, split lines or mis-aligned fields.
