PDF Menu Data Extraction
Budget: $30 – $50 USD
I have six short restaurant menus in PDF format and I need every dish captured with perfect accuracy. For each menu I want the dish name, its description, the listed price, and the accompanying photo (if one appears) extracted.
Please deliver:
• A clean JSON file for each menu that maps those four elements.
• Separate, neatly cropped image files for every dish photo found in the PDFs. File names should match or reference the dish IDs you place in the JSON. Image size and dimension should be mapped to 1024x1024 pixels.
