PDF Form Text to Excel
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I have a collection of PDFs that were filled out in standard form fields and all the information is pure text. Your task is to pull every piece of that text data from each form or field and transfer it into an Excel workbook so it mirrors the exact structure shown in the original PDF. Field names stay the same, order stays the same, and nothing is dropped or re-labeled.
Accuracy and consistency matter more than speed; every character—capitalization, punctuation, and spacing—needs to match the source. Automated extraction is fine if it helps, as long as the final sheet is clean and perfectly aligned with the form layout.
Deliverables:
• A single Excel file containing one sheet per form type (or one consolidated sheet if you prefer), laid out identically to the PDF forms.
• A brief note confirming any unreadable entries or anomalies so I can double-check them.
If everything looks good on my first spot-check, I’ll sign off immediately.
