PDF-to-Excel Data Entry

I have a three-day window to move roughly 500 text entries from a set of PDFs into a single, well-structured Excel workbook. The source material is laid out in simple list form, but a few items carry special characters that must be preserved exactly as they appear. Accuracy is non-negotiable—I will be spot-checking the file before sign-off—and the budget for the task is fixed, so please quote with that in mind.

You’ll be working entirely in Excel; no other software is required. What matters most to me is your eye for detail and a proven track record handling similar PDF-to-Excel jobs. If you’ve handled list-based extractions where character integrity was critical, that is exactly the experience I’d like to see.

Deliverables
• Completed Excel file containing all 500 entries, aligned to the original order
• Verification that every special character has been captured correctly
• Submission no later than 72 hours from project award
