PDF-to-Excel Data Conversion

I have several PDFs that contain mixed content—tables, free-form text, and numbers—spread throughout each document. I need every relevant piece of information extracted and transferred into a single Excel workbook. Inside that workbook, keep everything on one sheet but break it up logically into clearly labeled, categorized tables (for instance, separate table blocks for financial figures, narrative notes, charts’ data points, etc.).

Beyond basic extraction, I will also rely on you to embed custom formulas or functions where they add value—totals, averages, variances, lookups, or any other calculations that make the dataset immediately useful once I open the file.

Deliverable:
• One .xlsx file containing all converted data, organized as described, with working formulas verified for accuracy.

I’ll provide the PDFs as soon as we start; feel free to apply any combination of Adobe Acrobat, Power Query, Python, or your preferred OCR tools so long as the final Excel output is clean, error-free, and ready for analysis.
