PDF Data Entry

I have a collection of PDFs that contain plain text only—no tables or form fields. I need every word transferred into an Excel spreadsheet and laid out exactly to a formatting template I will provide. The spreadsheet must:

• Match the source text character-for-character.
• Follow the specified column order, headings, font size, and alignment.
• Arrive as a clean .xlsx file with no macros or hidden data.

Please describe your extraction method, any tools you’ll use (OCR, Adobe Acrobat, Power Query, etc.), and your expected turnaround time. Accuracy and faithful formatting are the top priorities; feel free to flag any ambiguities you spot in the PDFs so we can resolve them quickly.
