PDF Contacts to Excel
Budget: $35 – $200 USD
I have a PDF directory with well over 50 pages of typed entries. I only need the rows where the “Type” field reads exactly “Presenting organizations.” For each of those rows, capture the following into a single Excel sheet: Name, Title, Organization, City, State, Email, and the Type value itself.
The PDF’s layout is consistent, so this is largely a data-entry and validation task rather than formatting—plain text in each cell is perfect. Accuracy matters more than speed.
If you’re experienced in PDF data extraction—whether you prefer manual entry, Adobe Acrobat tools, or scripts in Python/Excel—let me know your approach and estimated turnaround. Once I review a small sample of 2 transferred rows for correctness, I’ll green-light the rest of the file.
