PDF Catalogue Table Extraction
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have a 108-page product catalogue in PDF format and I need every table lifted out and transferred into a single Excel workbook. Each sheet should represent one product type so that the data is naturally grouped and easy to navigate.
While the source pages use mixed fonts and layouts, I want the spreadsheet to look tidy and uniform—please standardize column widths, headings, and numeric formats so everything is consistent from sheet to sheet.
I can share a sample file that shows the structure I expect, along with notes on the product-type naming convention, once we start. Accuracy is essential: no dropped rows, merged cells only where they make sense, and category names spelled exactly as in the PDF.
Deliverable:
• One .xlsx file containing all extracted tables, grouped by product type, with clean, consistent formatting.
If anything in the catalogue looks ambiguous, just flag it and we’ll clarify quickly.
