Ontario Property Manager Data Extraction

I need a clean, verified list of property managers, facility managers, and long-term home-services rental operators based only in Scarborough, London, and Woodstock, Ontario. For every contact I want three data points:

• Company name
• Direct email address
• Phone number

Please capture the information in a single, well-structured CSV file so I can upload it straight into my system without reformatting. I will run random checks on the dataset; any record that fails verification voids payment for that record, so proven experience with Canadian (ideally Ontario) data sources is essential.

When you bid, attach or link to a small sample from a past Ontario project so I can see your formatting and accuracy. Once I approve the sample, I’ll give the go-ahead for the full scrape and let you know the target record count.
