NYS Tax Warrant Scraping

I'm looking for a skilled web scraper to gather data from the NYS Tax Warrant site for business due diligence. The data will be used for title insurance purposes. Every new title order we receive will have names of all parties involved in the transaction. Each one of these names have to be run through the NYS tax warrant search to see if they have any tax warrants against them. It is very time consuming, and also expensive to pay our data company to run each name.

The specific details I need are:
When a title confirmation comes in, there will be a list of names that need to be run, they need to be inputted one by one, and then when the searches come back, they need to be uploaded into our software (trackerpro) if possible
