MySQL Text Data Entry Task

I need help transferring text-based records that currently live in my MySQL database into a clean, well-structured format I can work with outside the system. The job is purely text data entry; no calculations or analytics are required. You will connect to the MySQL tables I specify, pull the relevant fields, and re-enter that information exactly as it appears, maintaining case, accents, and punctuation.

Because the source is a live database, accuracy and consistency are critical. I will supply read-only access credentials along with a field-mapping guide so you know which columns belong in which destination fields.

Deliverables
• A final file (CSV or Excel—your choice) containing every required record, fully cross-checked against the source tables.
• A quick summary of any anomalies you spot—duplicate IDs, missing values, or unexpected characters—so I can address them on my end.

If you already work comfortably with MySQL Workbench, phpMyAdmin, or similar tools, this will be a straightforward assignment. I’m ready to get started as soon as you can confirm timing and your preferred export method.
