Migrate 4,000 eBay Listings

Job ID: 40594626

Budget: $30 – $250 AUD

My Australian eBay seller account was recently suspended, leaving about 4,000 active-stock listings locked in “policy violation” status. I still have full back-end access, including Inventory, File Exchange downloads, photos and HTML descriptions, but the items themselves need to be rebuilt under a brand-new eBay account.

I’m after a full, turnkey service—not just advice. You’ll handle every technical step required to extract the data, clean anything that might trigger a repeat violation, and upload the listings to the new account so they go live without interruptions to quantity, SKU history or category placement.

Key items that must carry over intact
• Product descriptions (HTML formatting, specs, variation tables, etc.)
• All original images, maintaining gallery order and resolution

You may work with eBay File Exchange, Seller Hub bulk tools, third-party lister software or API scripting—whichever is fastest and safest, provided it complies with eBay AU policy.

Deliverables
1. Clean CSV or template files ready for bulk upload
2. Re-hosted or properly linked images (no dead URLs)
3. Successful posting of the 4,000 listings on the new account, confirmed live
4. Brief hand-over guide outlining the process and any tools or scripts used

I’m ready to supply login credentials, inventory files and any additional verification the moment we agree on the workflow. Let me know your proposed approach, timeframe and any follow-up support you include.

Just a note as all listings have a policy violation on them I have not been able to export the information.
