Large-Scale B2B Lead Generation from Google Maps

We are looking for an experienced lead generation & data extraction specialist/team to build a large-scale, high-quality B2B lead list (100,000+ records) sourced from Google Maps, with email mandatory and strict validation requirements.

This is NOT a manual VA job. Automation and proven workflows are required.

Each record must include:
• Business Name
• Email Address (mandatory)
• Website URL
• Physical Address (from Google Maps)

Email Validation Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• Emails must be validated prior to delivery
• Minimum 85%+ valid/deliverable emails
• Invalid, risky, disposable, and role-based emails must be removed
• We will re-validate on our end

Anything below 85% validity will be rejected.
