Job Title:
AI Integration Developer for LINE → Notion Auto Quotation System

Job Description:
We are a Hong Kong & Malaysia-based seafood trading group looking to automate our daily quotation process between our Japanese partners and our internal sales team.

Project Scope:
We receive hundreds of daily product quotations from our Japanese sourcing partner via LINE, including:

Product images (e.g. sea urchin, toro, shellfish, fresh fish)

Product name (in Japanese or English)

Pricing (per box, kg, etc.)

Product specifications (size, grade, weight)


We want to automate the extraction and conversion of this data into a structured Excel or Notion database, using:

LINE Messaging API to fetch messages and media

GPT-4 API (or other LLMs) to recognize text, convert product specs, and standardize information

Notion API / Google Sheets API for storing structured output

(Optional) Use Amber N as automation middleware


Expected Features:

1. LINE Integration

Pull messages (text + images) from specific LINE account or chat group

Scheduled daily fetch (e.g. every day at 10am JST)



2. Data Extraction & Processing

OCR for image text (if product name or specs appear in images)

Translate Japanese to English / Chinese

Recognize product type, category, quantity, grade, and pricing

Format output as clean table (e.g. Product | Grade | Price | Source | Date)



3. Output to Notion or Excel

Update/append to existing Notion database or spreadsheet

Option to export as downloadable Excel file



4. (Optional) Simple UI for manual override or review



Required Skills:

Experience with LINE Messaging API

Proficient in Python, JavaScript or Node.js

Familiar with GPT / OpenAI API, Google Cloud Vision, or other OCR tools

Experience with Notion API, Google Sheets API, or Airtable

Bonus: experience with n8n, Zapier, or Amber N


Budget & Timeline:

Budget: USD $300 - $600

Timeline: 7–10 working days

Long-term collaboration possible if this works well
