High-Volume PDF to Sheets
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have a batch of 30-plus PDFs that all share the same structure and hold a mix of text and numerical information. I need every field from each file copied accurately into a single Google Sheet, matched column-for-column with the source layout.
Because the format is identical throughout, once you set up the first extraction template the rest should flow quickly. Precision is more important to me than speed: totals, dates, and reference numbers must come across exactly as they appear in the documents, and text entries need to retain capitalisation, punctuation, and any special characters.
Deliverables
• One Google Sheet containing all records from every PDF, arranged in the original order
• Spot-checked proof of accuracy (screenshots or a quick Loom walkthrough are fine)
• A brief note of any unreadable fields so I can follow up with the issuer
