German Text Extraction & Translation

I have a set of files that contain German text only—no images or audio, strictly text data. Your task is two-fold: first, extract every line of that German text exactly as it appears; second, provide a clear, word-for-word translation. I will supply the documents and specify the final format once we begin, but an Excel or CSV sheet with column A holding the original German and column B the translated words would be ideal.

Accuracy is paramount. The extracted text must be complete, free of encoding issues, and the translations need to capture meaning without losing nuance. Feel free to use your preferred tools—Python with pdfminer, Tesseract-OCR, BeautifulSoup, or any other reliable method—so long as the end result is clean and verifiable.

Deliverables:
1. Clean German text file (or sheet) containing the full extraction
2. A parallel translation file with each German word matched to its English equivalent
