Extract data from a restaurant menu - From PDF to Excel and Images

I have six short restaurant menus in PDF format and I need the information of every dish in this menus (Food name, food description, food price, food photo) to be extracted and inserted in an excel sheet (The photos to be kept separately in a zip file).
