Extract QuickBooks Data & Reports
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
My QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise file needs a fast, clean data pull on April 21 at 12 pm CST. The moment I award the project, we will be on a live screen-share and you’ll have exactly one hour to generate five reports covering the 2023-2024 custom range:
• Marketplace subscription & commission fees
• Office expenses
• Interest expense
• Payments deposited to the bank and transactions or expense which debited from the bank account, such as invoices, payments, payroll, etc (include check numbers when checks were used)
• Transactions that reconciled credit cards. (Purchases that support the charges on the card)
Each line in every report must display the transaction date, type, memo/comments, and amount.
Acceptance is complete, correctly filtered reports delivered as XLS/CSV exports. If you work confidently in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and can meet the real-time deadline, I’ll see you at noon CST on the 21st.
