Extract PDF Text into Excel

I have a collection of PDFs whose textual content needs to live in a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. The job is straightforward—no table parsing or form recognition—just accurate extraction of every word, preserving line breaks or paragraph structure where it makes sense, and arranging the results across appropriate columns or sheets so the file is immediately usable.

To be considered, please highlight prior experience handling similar PDF-to-Excel text conversions and any tools or methods you rely on (Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, Python scripts, etc.). Accuracy and consistency matter more than speed; I will run random spot checks before releasing final approval.

Deliverable: one Excel file containing all extracted text, organized exactly as specified once the project starts.
