Extract PDF Tables to Excel

Job ID: 40635795

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I have a batch of PDFs that contain text-only tables. Every cell from those tables needs to land in an Excel workbook, but split logically across several sheets rather than crammed into one. The task is straightforward yet detail-heavy:

• Identify each table in the PDF, keep the original column order, and copy the text exactly as it appears.
• Create a separate worksheet for each distinct table or logical grouping so the information stays easy to navigate.
• Confirm that headers, line breaks, and any merged cells in the source file translate cleanly—no stray characters or shifted columns.

An accurate, tidy .xlsx file is the only deliverable. Feel free to use your preferred extraction tool (Power Query, Python with tabula-pdf, Adobe, etc.) so long as the final workbook opens error-free in the latest version of Excel and mirrors the source tables perfectly.

Before handing over the file, double-check for missing rows, inconsistent spacing, or misaligned columns; I’ll run a quick spot audit against the original PDFs. Once everything matches, the job is done.
